You will receive a PDF containing the link to request access to the Starter Vault replays. Once you submit the request, please allow up to 24 hours for approval during business hours. Be sure to download and save the PDF to your computer for easy access.
Access to class replays is granted Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. CST. Requests submitted on weekends or holidays may take up to 48 hours. The earliest access is granted is 9 a.m., and the latest is 9 p.m. Orders placed late at night will be processed the following business day. No additional email is required—your request is automatically received and processed within these timeframes.
Please note that class replays can only be accessed from a computer. Phone access is not supported.
