Shipping Policy

A design draft will be sent out prior to shipping, via e-mail. Please include a valid e-mail to receive the design draft. Confirmation will be required prior to shipping, if no response within 3 business days, the item will ship as is. Turnaround time is about 7-14 business days to ship, please order ahead prior to the date of the event. 

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.  

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we cannot, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-5 business days from when it is shipped out, not necessarily from when it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order says that it was delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

We always send the proof via email for approval prior to printing an order. Once we send the proof minor changes can be made (up to 3 changes). Any changes to color theme or over 3x will result in an additional designer fee of $25.00. Example (theme change, photos change that has already been edited). We allow 72 hours for approval once 72 hours have passed the order will be shipped. 

We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier.
