What You Receive
Fully customized graduation designs including your graduate’s photos, name, and school colors. You will receive final files that are ready for printing and assembly.

Photo Submission Instructions
All photos must be sent to kcustomdesigns01@gmail.com. In the subject line, include your order number, your child’s name, and the school name. This ensures your order is processed correctly and without delays.

Important Information
This is a digital product only. No physical items will be shipped. All sales are final and non-refundable.

All files are delivered via Google Drive. It is strongly recommended that you use a Gmail account to access your files. If you are using Yahoo, iCloud, or another email provider, you must ensure you are able to access Google Drive files.

A Zoom video will be provided with instructions and details regarding your files. It is recommended that you download and save all files and videos once received.
