This purchase includes a lifetime class replay, which will be sent to you after access is approved. Once granted, you will have ongoing access to the replay for continued learning and reference.

You will receive a PDF containing the link to request access to the class replay. Once you submit the request, please allow up to 24 hours for approval during business hours. Be sure to download and save the PDF to your computer so you always have easy access to the replay link.

Access to class replays is granted during business hours Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. CST. Requests submitted on weekends or holidays may take up to 48 hours to be approved. The earliest access is granted is 9 a.m., and the latest is 9 p.m. Orders placed late at night will be processed the following business day. No additional email is required—your request automatically comes through and will be handled within these timeframes.
