Each replay walks you through a full project with clear, easy-to-follow demonstrations showing you exactly how to create professional-quality designs from start to finish.

• After purchase, your download link will be sent automatically to your email.
  Please double-check that you’re using the correct email address when purchasing.
  Replays cannot be sent to a phone number or via text message.

• Once you open your download, you’ll see individual links for each class.
  Click the class link you’d like to watch.

• You’ll be prompted to request access when you click the link.
  After your request is submitted, Joan (K Custom Designs Team) will grant access during business hours.

• Access approvals are processed between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Central Time (CT), usually within 24 hours.
  Requests made after hours or on holidays (for example, Christmas) will be approved on the next business day.
